2025 Steubenville Youth ConferenceSt. Therese will travel to Springfield, Missouri on a five-day retreat centered around the Steubenville Youth Conference. See below for key information about this year's retreat/conference.

Key Dates
- Sun, Nov 17: registration opens
- Sun, Jan 19: $100 deposits due to hold spots
- February: Pizza & Tacos fundraisers February 16 & 23 (Sundays), 1-2:30pm
- Wed, May 28: Final payments due (up to $140 or $200, depending on fundraiser participation) and final waivers/paperwork due (see below)
- Tues, June 3, 6:30-8:00pm: Parent & student meeting, St. Therese activity center (separate building in the new parking lot, downstairs)
- Thurs, June 5, 7:15pm: Optional night for Eucharistic Adoration at St. Therese
- Thurs, June 26, 6:30-8:30pm: Student gathering, meet in St. Therese gathering space (6 door entrance on Summer St.)
- Thurs, July 10, 8am: students are dropped off @ St. Therese gathering space to begin the retreat! Parents are welcome to stay for daily Mass at ~8:40am. Key events:
- Mon., July 14, 9pm: students are ready for pickup!
- July 27-31 (7-9pm daily): We encourage students who went to Steubenville to join us for the Totus Tuus evening program hosted at St. Thomas More in Appleton.

We offer special thanks to the Catholic Foundation of Green Bay for their incredible support of our Steubenville trip, covering the $180 Conference registration fee for every student and chaperone! This allows us to only charge families for the transportation, lodging, and other smaller costs of the trip and keep it affordable for families from all participating parishes. -
BACKGROUNDSince 2022, St. Therese organizes a 5-day retreat centered around the Steubenville Youth Conference in Springfield, Missouri or Steubenville, Ohio, for students who just completed 8th-12th grades. The conference has engaging speakers, fun events, and time for praise and worship together, but is particularly centered around the sacraments, offering Confessions, daily Mass, and Eucharistic Adoration. Our parish is joined by over 3,000 other teens at a given weekend, with over 30,000 teens participating throughout each summer in the United States. The parish extends this weekend into a 5-day retreat with ~10 hour bus trip on each end, two extra nights, and several events and talks. We now travel in partnership with other Appleton-area parishes to build local Catholic community and share this powerful experience.
